I didn’t receive a confirmation email for my order
Some computers do not accept our emails due to the nature of our business. Check your spam folder. If you still cannot find the email send an email to CustomerCare@exoticillusions.net
How do I get a tracking number for my package?
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

How do I ship to an address that isn’t mine?
When placing an order you can choose a different shipping address as your billing address on the shopping cart pages before checking out.
